The NFL’s Club Business Development department (Club BD) supports the 32 clubs in delivering direct local value and best-in-class fan experiences via data-driven insights and innovation. This position will drive key priorities at both the League and Club level, sitting at the intersection of multiple business verticals (ticketing, marketing, sponsorship, special projects, etc.) to support the local operations, while also capitalizing on new areas of opportunity across the League. The position requires someone who is a passionate, results-driven problem solver that uses data, creativity, and collaboration to drive transformational results.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the cross functional teams to create compelling campaigns for tentpole moments (Schedule Release, Pro Bowl etc.) that resonate with target audiences and drive ticket revenue.
  • Evaluate campaign performance, providing reports and insights to stakeholders on key metrics & ROI.
  • Analyze and optimize NFL + Club digital channels by identifying effective marketing strategies as well as monitoring brand consistency and 3P partner compliance.
  • Identify and develop best practices to support clubs across various league priorities including digital marketing, stadium renovations, and fan experience. Deliver club benchmarking reports powered by detailed analyses and actionable insights to help inform club and league strategy.
  • Support the operations & marketing efforts for the existing ticketing deals (NFL Ticket Network)
  • Assist with the execution of management’s strategic projects/task forces, providing support through project management, frameworks, implementation plans, and recommendations.
  • Facilitate league wide Club-Connect calls across a variety of NFL priorities as well as support the preparation of Club workshop and League meeting materials.

Required Qualifications

  • Min of 2-3 years of experience
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in digital advertising a plus (email, social, O&O, etc.)
  • Ability to derive insights from data / analytics / research
  • Experience with highly matrixed, cross-organizational initiatives
  • Ability to build and foster a broad network of relationships
  • Highly driven, collaborative 'entrepreneur' who is a strategic thinker and well organized.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, excellent time management and organization skills
  • Self-starter, independent, a creative thinker, ambitious, results and detail-oriented
  • Experience with data visualization tools a plus

Salary / Pay Range

Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
