As a Coaching Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing, delivering, and overseeing Intellect’s specialized coaching programs. Your responsibilities will include providing coaching to employees and senior stakeholders, training other coaches, developing coaching webinar/presentation/talk content, and contributing to the establishment of Intellect as a leader in mental health and coaching through public-facing training and master classes.

• Develop and deliver specialized coaching programs, ensuring high-quality content and engaging delivery.
• Hold 1:1 coaching sessions for (potential) clients and stakeholders
• Train and mentor other coaches to deliver the same specialized coaching programs, fostering a community of excellence.
• Co-develop and vet webinar, presentation, and talk content on coaching topics, ensuring alignment with industry standards and audience needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to source and train providers to deliver coaching programs effectively.
• Contribute to the establishment of Intellect as a leader in mental health and coaching through public-facing trainings and master classes.

Requirements

• Certified ICF Coach (PCC or higher) with a proven track record in coaching.
• Substantial experience in adult education and training.
• Exceptional public speaking and training skills.
• Ability to think strategically and contribute innovative ideas to coaching program development.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with mental health and coaching industry trends.
• Coaching Supervision experience is a plus
• Fluent in other APAC language is a plus
