This is a remote role. We have offices in San Francisco and San Diego for those who prefer hybrid or office settings and employee hubs including New York City, Boston, Los Angeles, Seattle, and more.
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Operations Director to focus on driving the revenue operations and strategic direction for the commercial organization at Oura. This will include B2B efforts and partnership growth. The role will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
The Commercial Operations Director will play a critical role in aligning sales and customer success operations to drive growth and operational efficiency. The leadership position is responsible for overseeing the strategy, design and key operational processes, managing revenue-related tools and technology and analyzing performance metrics to guide strategic decisions. The Commercial strategy is a priority for growth for the company, including B2B expansion and partnership growth.

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates’ pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Region 1: $161,500 - $220,000
Region 2: $153,425 -$209,000
Region 3: $145,350 -$198,000
