Let’s start with the role

The Commercial Operations Specialist will be focusing on optimizing processes and procedures related to commercial activities. The role involves a blend of analytical, operational and administrative tasks aimed at ensuring smooth business operations.

• Coordinate and facilitate daily commercial operations to meet ongoing commercial requirements;
• Collaborate closely with local teams;
• Interact with stakeholders across the organization and exchange information;
• Deliver projects (e.g. presentations, reports, etc.) varying in complexity, scope and length;
• Provide training on new and modified tools, processes and working methods to both new and existing team members;
• Take charge of assignments and projects, following them throughout and updating key stakeholders;
• Facilitate daily business meetings; 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor on commercial matters and act as a liaison between parties to resolve issues and drive mutual success;
• Evaluate existing operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes.

What you'll bring:

• 2 years of experience in commercial, marketing or business roles;
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or relevant;
• Proven experience in commercial operations or related roles, preferably within the relevant industry or sector;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment;
• Fluent English with excellent command of writing and communication skills;
• Ability to synthesize data, summarize the most important aspects and create actionable insights for decision makers;
• Maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive business matters;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving & decision-making skills;
• Ability to align and work within a global organization in different time zones.
