THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it

The successful applicant will work closely with the Commercial Senior Director and other strategic owners to further strengthen and optimize our value proposition. They will be responsible for supporting the creation of a unified view of our value proposition across the core drivers of customer choice, specifically Pricing, Product & Generosity (both today and our long-term vision). They will also contribute to assessing and advancing new cross-stream initiatives to set us up for our next phase of growth. This broad and malleable role will interface with many areas of the organization across Commercial, Marketing, Product and Risk & Trading.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

Vision & Strategy Development​

  • Support the development of a unified view of FanDuel’s value proposition across key drivers of customer choice - Pricing, Product, and Generosity. Identify core value drivers, customer impact, and competitive strengths and weaknesses, and maintain this as the single source of truth for how our proposition stacks up in the market.
  • Act as strategic and analytical support POC for Go-to-Market teams, ensuring a consistent link between the current-state proposition and how it’s communicated and positioned in-market.​
  • Help shape and evolve a future-state value proposition vision, drawing inspiration from other industries, identifying competitive gaps, and outlining key enablers to unlock progress and transformation.​
  • Help drive connection & alignment between other individual strategy owners by strengthening collaboration & governance.​
  • Support advancing new cross-stream initiatives from ideation to implementation that unlock differentiated customer experiences.
  • Stay connected to foundational pricing transformation work that may power product experiences of the future.

THE STATS

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience
  • An energizing and emphatic team player that is passionate and effective at building and developing high performing teams
  • Ability to think critically about some of our business' toughest challenges. Candidates with strong analytical skills are a big positive.
  • Strong communicator that has the ability to reason while also influencing desired outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously to prioritize the most important projects against tight deadlines on occasion.
  • Strong customer empathy and thorough understanding of Product, Pricing & Promotions

The applicable salary range for this position is $86,000 - $108,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
