In our home market of Romania, Supersocial has thousands of highly engaged users and is frequented by a roster of brand ambassadors and influencers who surprise and delight our users.

It’s clear that Brazilians love sport and social media and we’re now looking for a seasoned community manager to make Supersocial the most exciting sporting conversation in Brazil

The role

  • You’ll manage our community of users, stimulating conversation and ensuring the community thrives.
  • You’ll work closely with our marketing, brand and product teams to ensure we deliver the best possible experience for our community.
  • You’ll work with the marketing and brand team to develop an innovative community engagement strategy that makes Supersocial the sport conversation that our community tell their friends about and spend increasing time chatting, sharing and enjoying the content
  • You’ll manage and facilitate activity with our influencer and ambassador network to ensure we create moments of real community pulling power.
  • You’ll work with the marketing team to promote Supersocial and rapidly scale our community.
  • You’ll liase with operational, product and CS teams to ensure any customer issues that arise in the community conversations are quickly dealt with, demonstrating our customer-centric approach.

About you

  • At least 3 years in a customer operations or social community management role
  • An understanding of the sport betting sector either via professional experience or personal interest
  • Experience working with a digital first business and interfacing with product teams
  • A customer first approach, with strong interpersonal skills
  • A love of sport and ability to engage others effectiviely in the conversation
