About the role:
Betr is looking for a sharp, scrappy, and socially fluent operator to join our team as our Community Programmer. This person will live at the intersection of product, media, and community—helping us bring key moments, promos, and product launches to life on social platforms and inside our fan communities.
You’ll play a hands-on role running point on Discord and social channels like X, Instagram, and IG Broadcast, TikTok and more. You’ll work shifts during games, post real-time content, reply to comments and DMs, and help us stay relevant in the moments that matter. You’ll also bring some creative chops—capable of turning around quick designs and basic edits to make sure our voice stands out in a crowded feed.
This role is perfect for someone early in their career who knows how to speak fluent internet, moves fast, and wants to be in the room where content, product, and community collide.
This is an onsite role in our Miami HQ. You must be based in this area or willing to relocate to be considered for this position.
What you’ll do:Own community platforms: Lead all activity in Discord, including organizing channels, replying to fans, and helping shape our voice there.Post and program on social: Schedule and publish content across X, IG, IG Broadcast, Tik Tok, and more—especially during game windows and product launches.Support product marketing: Collaborate with product, growth, and media teams to promote new features, promos, boosts, and app launches.Respond in real time: Reply to DMs, comments, and fan engagement with speed and voice.Work shifts during sports windows: Help us show up in real time during the biggest moments in the sports calendar.Design and edit: Use Figma, Adobe, or other tools to build simple social graphics, clip game highlights, or turn around short-form content when needed.Bonus Points:A lifelong, passionate sports fan with a deep understanding of how to engage fans Have experience with sports betting or gaming communities.Have worked in startups or early-stage brands where things move quickly.Have a POV on what makes great social content—and can show it in your own work.At Betr, we're driven by a shared vision to reshape the sports & gaming industry.
