As the super-platform for non-professional soccer in Europe, we bring pro-level experiences (news, data, gamification) to the mega-community of +190 million footballers and soccer fans.

We are a startup founded in 2021 in Cologne, Germany - our team consists of 30+ smart and "hungry" members working on Prematch in our offices in Cologne and Berlin (Marketing & Business Team) or remotely across Europe (Tech & Product Team).

We are supported by partners like Krombacher, Flaschenpost, Scalable Capital and DAZN, but there are still 1-2 bangers in the pipeline that you can be excited about! Furthermore, we are supported by successful investors like Ralf Reichert, the CEO of ESL or the entrepreneur Verena Pausder.

For this we need you
  • Provide an enthusiastic support to the Prematch community
  • Hold deep understanding of the Prematch target community and the amateur football ecosystem
  • Handle queries and transactions with flair
  • Collaborate effectively within a dynamic startup team
  • Tackle additional tasks as needed with flexibility
  • Analyse and continually optimise processes and workflows to drive our startup forward

Your mission
  • Handling customer inquiries with a smile
  • Continuously refining our customer service for utmost satisfaction
  • Gathering and analysing valuable customer feedback
  • Swift response to customer reviews and opinions
  • Constantly improving customer service workflows
  • Assisting in monitoring customer service KPIs and metrics
What do you need
  • Dynamic and persuasive communicator (both orally and in writing)
  • Deep-rooted customer focus
  • Passionate pursuit of solutions and overcoming technical challenges
  • Knowledge of our Prematch offerings
  • Proactive mindset
Advantage but not a must
  • Knowledge of amateur football
  • Experience/ knowledge of startup and Apps
