About the role The Competitive Play Administrator will provide administrative support and engage with various stakeholders to deliver Tennis Victoria Competitions, Endorsed Leagues and Endorsed Events.

You will assist in the planning, organisation and delivery of a range of Tennis Victoria delivered competitions and events as well as support third party event providers, to ensure a consistent, player first approach to event delivery. In this role you will: Provide administrative and operational support for Tennis Victoria competitions and team events, including Pennant, Junior Pennant, Regional Team Events and Age-Based Cups.

Work closely with clubs, associations, players and officials to deliver a high-quality competition experience and ensure accurate player and competition records.Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote events and deliver timely, brand-aligned communications across digital and social media channels.

About you To be successful in this role you will have: Experience in competition, event or sports administration, with knowledge of Tournament Planner and/or League Manager software is preferred.

A current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain) Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis VIC.
