<div>We are looking for a Concept Artist to work on a brand new project at the Jam City Narrative Game division.

Your role is to provide detailed prop, environment and potentially character concepts to 3D artists, and create polished 2d in-game art.&nbsp;</div><div>**In order to be considered, you MUST provide us with either a link to an online portfolio, website or a pdf showcasing recent artwork upon application.</div></br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b></br><li>Explore designs for environment, props and characters based on narrative and design needs, and present rough sketches to stakeholders.</li><li>Render artwork matching the established art style</li><li>Generate orthos for characters</li><li>Create 2d rendered images such as icons, modals and title screen to be implemented into the game.</li><li>Understand the technical limitation of our pipeline and work within those constraints.</li><li>Work alongside your broader art team to brainstorm ideas and pass work between other artists.&nbsp;</li><li>May be called upon to collaboratively solve design or product issues with individuals from those disciplines.</li></br><b>REQUIREMENTS</b></br><li>3+ years of game experience as a concept artist.</li><li>Versatile art style.</li><li>Can create rough and highly polished 2D artwork.&nbsp;</li><li>Good understanding of the 3D art pipeline.</li><li>Great comprehension of human and animal anatomy.</li><li>Excellent at posing characters to communicate actions and emotions.&nbsp;</li><li>Can easily bring artworks to a fully rendered look, with a great understanding of lighting and materials.</li><li>Complete mastery of Maya and Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Hungry for problem solving.</li><li>Art Degree or similar working experience.</li></br>
