The on-location SPOC is responsible for physically monitoring and overseeing activities that require in-person presence at our partner locations in Noida & Bangalore. This role involves ensuring compliance, quality control, and effective execution of tasks that cannot be performed remotely.
Your Role:Conducting on-location inspection of hygiene aspects like floor and training attendance, shift adherence, reasons for shrinkage, etc.Ensuring adherence to hiring guidelines by being present through the critical selection phasesEvaluating physical evidence of compliance to Training and quality processes through sit-ins in training sessions, quality feedback, floor briefings, etc.Documenting, highlighting, and escalating all relevant findings to Dream11 team in a timely manner and track adherence to action plansQualifiers:At least four years of experience in customer service, with a minimum of 2 years in the role of a Team LeaderExperience working in a BPO set upProficient in MS Office and other relevant software applicationsComfortable working six days a week and in rotational shiftsAbout Dream Sports:
