The Design team at Dream11 consists of User Experience Researchers, UX Designers, UI Designers, Graphic Designers and Illustrators. The team plays a critical role in ensuring that the products and experiences delivered to our users are not only useful and useable, but that they accurately reflect our brand and are a delight to use. Your Role:Recruit participants of a desired cohort from the database providedUnderstand requirements and coordinate database generation collaborating with researchers and other stakeholdersCoordinate with participants, ensuring proper scheduling, and communicate details effectively with stakeholdersAdhere to recruitment processes, manage incentive disbursement, and maintain accurate documentation.Provide logistic support for in-house and external research sessionsQualifiersBachelor's degree or equivalent with a proven track record in participant recruitment for research studiesProficient in MS office and Google suite (calendar, slides and doc)Strong verbal and written communication skills is a mustDetail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing project requirementsAbout Dream Sports:
