The Role

As the Team Lead for the Content department based in Colombia you will be expected to lead the full-time employees assigned to you, whilst creating a healthy and inspiring work environment and motivating team atmosphere. Must be able to define and clearly state expectations, objectives, and deadlines for the team members and make sure that they are informed about operational and organizational updates. Furthermore, delegate responsibilities and monitor execution, while providing guidance and motivation.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the daily activities of the Content department employees in Medellin
• Assign the work shifts of the Medellin personnel in conjunction with Live Sports Scheduling (LSS) and Broadcast (BT) teams in Sofia.
• Motivate the team to achieve organizational goals
• Delegate tasks to team members
• Maximize the potential of the team through training and development
• Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
• Create a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
