OVERVIEW:

This role will support the Contracting Assistant in processing of Sales and other Legal contracts for signature globally. You will support the Contracting Assistant point administrator for DocuSign as well as contact person for Salesforce internal administrative questions.

In this role you will ensure that all contracts are legally approved prior to signing, comply with our internal standards and are processed in Salesforce. In this role you will ensure that all contracts are processed under Sportradar Legal and Compliance governances, maintain digital filing systems and comply with our internal standards.

This is a part-time (20h a week) opportunity for 2 months. 

THE CHALLENGE:

• Supporting the Contracting team in overall administrative support in the processing of global contracts while complying with internal standards
• Supporting the Contracting team in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Legal, Compliance etc.
• Supporting the Contracting team in maintaining digital filing system
• Supporting the Contracting team in administrative support for DocuSign and Salesforce

YOUR PROFILE: 

• University degree in related field would be a plus;
• Previous experience with administrative processes is required;
• Previous experience dealing with global commercial contracts, contract management, paralegal, etc. would be a plus; 
• Previous experience dealing with Docu-Sign or Salesforce is a significant plus;
• Highly trustworthy and discreet
• Keeping timelines
• Ability to work under pressure
