THE POSITION Reporting organisationally to the Head of Hospitality Operations, the Project Management and Integration Coordinator will be a key member of the FIFA26 Hospitality team, working in close collaboration with the Ticketing & Hospitality Department and other key individuals responsible for providing full support for the successful implementation of Hospitality project, as well as other projects for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ and FIFA World Cup 2026™. The Project Management and Integration  Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting project teams and ensuring the smooth communication between the Hospitality department, the Official Hospitality Provider as well as with other functional areas which support the delivery of FIFA’s Hospitality programme. He/she will also provide operational and administrative support in planning venue visits, trainings and workshops.    The main responsibilities and oversights of the Project Management and Integration  Coordinator for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:  • Manage, maintain and update project documentation and files with accuracy and confidentiality.  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including agendas, meeting minutes, and progress reports.  • Support with administrative tasks of the Hospitality department, including keeping minutes, action lists and meeting agendas. • Establish and maintain an efficient documentation, information, and files flow within the Hospitality Department, archiving important documents as needed. • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments for the hospitality project team.  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.  • Support the development and delivery of training materials for the Hospitality team and conduct and support necessary training and readiness exercises.  • Support the organization of workshops, including logistics such as travel, accommodation and other related items • Contribute to overall project management and knowledge management initiatives, including event debriefs and documentation activities.  • Prepare knowledge transfer processes between the FWC26 and other FIFA tournaments. • Assist in delivering post-event assessments, offering insights to evaluate hospitality success and recommend improvements for future tournaments. • Serve as a central support role at Tournament Headquarters during the event.  YOUR PROFILE Education & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Team Player, willing to work to tight timelines. • Solution oriented. • Positive attitude, patience and persistence. • Ability to prioritize and handle large workload efficiently at peak times. • Ability to work under pressure and stress. • International, cross-cultural work experiences preferred. Experience or knowledge of local culture will be an added benefit. Work Experience • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management and/or administrative support roles. • Knowledge of event planning and event management. • Operational experience in sports events. • Strong analytical skills • Good attention to detail • Positive, dynamic and persistent attitude Languages • Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus Technology • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
