Let’s start with the role

As a Corporate & Employer Brand Manager you will be based in our HQ in Athens, reporting to the Corporate Communications Director and leading a team of three.
Your role will be key for shaping and maintaining the overall image and reputation of Kaizen Gaming across markets.


As a Corporate & Employer Brand Manager you will:
  • Ensure that all aspects of the company's presence -from its visual identity and messaging to its corporate social responsibility initiatives- align with the brand's core values and mission across markets and locations;
  • Develop and drive the scaling of our corporate & employment brand strategy, ensuring alignment with the talent acquisition and overall business strategy;
  • Manage a number of projects and partnerships related to the Corporate & Employer Brand;
  • Coordinate and contribute to digital media campaigns, presence and strategy;
  • Source main events & awards related to corporate and employer branding across divisions & organize attendance;
  • Conduct marketing research to support any required project and stay updated with the latest trends.


What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business or similar;
  • 4+ years of related experience. Preferably working in employer branding, marketing, performance marketing, content management, communications or social media; Additional experience will be appreciated.
  • 2+ years of experience as a people manager;
  • Ability and passion for supporting the collective work, as a team player;
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication both in Greek & English language;
  • Experience and talent in working collaboratively with stakeholders within a fast-paced environment.
  • Are an advocate for on point content across digital and other platforms and can imagine out-there campaigns that support the corporate and employer brand;
