THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a CORPORATE EVENTS MANAGER for our MARKETING team in NEW YORK

As the Manager, Events Marketing at Gympass, you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing our first-ever global roadshow, tentatively named "Gympass' Corporate Wellbeing World Tour." Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for every aspect of this exciting event series (and more), from conceptualization to execution. This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead an international road show that promotes corporate wellbeing and engagement. If you are a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for partnering with businesses to promote wellbeing and engagement, we'd love to hear from you. Join Gympass in our mission to defeat inactivity and improve lives through physical activity.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive strategy for the "Corporate Wellbeing World Tour." Collaborate with the CMO to set objectives, target cities, and budget allocation.
  • Content Development: Create engaging and informative event content, including agendas, workshops, and keynote presentations. Collaborate with internal and external speakers to deliver compelling content that resonates with our audience.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee all logistical aspects of the roadshow, including venue selection, catering, equipment, and transportation. Ensure flawless execution of events across multiple locations.
  • Budget Management: Take ownership of the event budget, tracking expenses, and optimizing spend to maximize ROI. Monitor and report on budget performance regularly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify key cities and promote the events effectively. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute email marketing campaigns, drive event registrations, and engage with attendees.
  • Promotion and Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the roadshow, increase attendance, and generate excitement. Utilize email marketing, social media, and other channels to drive registrations.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate the success of each event, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to refine future events.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on partner marketing and B2B marketing.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for health and wellbeing is a must.

We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently. We strongly encourage all aspiring applicants to go for it, even if they don't match the job description 100%.
