Exploring new heights, we are looking for a Creative Delivery Lead who will be responsible for the speed and quality of which stills and videos are delivered across 5 products. You will drive and align the creative process and operations ensuring we avoid the duplication of roles and resource - detailing and documenting how much resource is being allocated per product.Â
We’re looking for someone unique who understands the nuances of all production stages from brief to final delivery - you will support the needs of our three main stages of production - what we refer to as concept - produce - deliver - most emphasis on delivery.Â
Responsibilities :
Concept - developing a creative concept that drives the strategy for (crm / paid / organic). This requires research, collaboration with product, storyboarding and copywriting. This is covered by Creative Leads and Creative Producers - you will develop a pool of freelancers for peak periods who can support and inspire the teams with fresh ideas to avoid ad fatigue.Â
Produce - this is the creative execution - multiple production streams are required depending on the concept - UGC content, Product Content and ai content. You will work to ensure the work flows smoothly from this stage to final delivery.Â
Deliver - this is the final stage of the creative process - assets are prepared for each platform (Meta, Google, Youtube, TikTok) by adding copy, sound, subtitles, resizes, localisations and uploaded to platforms - followed by testing. This is where we need to ensure the quality and speed is enhanced.Â
Provide project management support to the Creative team, ensuring smooth project execution from concept to delivery of new initiatives
Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve processes
Oversee timelines, day-to-day deliverables and communicate project statuses and ensure timely delivery of marketing projects and activities
Organise and facilitate project intake, meetings and feedback session to ensure alignment with successful project outcomes
Partner with key streak holders to create and deliver operational excellence across the team
Maintain the daily flow of work, ensuring teams have the necessary resources and information for successful project completion
Track and report on project status, identify any risks or bottlenecks and address issues properly
Continually look for opportunities to enhance processes and recommend improvement to Head of Creative Technology & Delivery
Monitor team resources across projects and escalate bandwidth constraints as they ariseÂ
You will work directly with the team leads of each discipline and product to analyse the demand/output/efficiency of each team member in order to optimise the end-to-end workflow by identifying gaps and opportunities to scale/automate processes.
Challenges you meet:
You will be crucial in the preparation for peak periods (Q5) by creating a flexible network of freelancers and specialists so we can scale up and down as needed—strong understanding of marketing creative processes along with graphic and motion design techniques.Â
Marketing is fast paced and all adverts must be delivered on time within budget, meeting business & technical requirements on global scale - the teams produce thousands of assets per week and we need to establish the best way to monitor and meet the demand.Â
Your professional qualities:
Extensive experience in end-to-end production dealing with large deliverables.Â
Maintain an efficient and reliable pipeline and toolset (software and hardware) for asset delivery.
Knowledge of ai tooling that helps with processing.Â
Regularly review and improve processes and tools to meet marketing goals and industry standards.
Nice to have:
You will have a keen eye for design and an interest in Wellness as you will be required to review portfolios and assign creative freelancers to products.Â
Creative experience as a designer, videographer, motion editor etc so you can apply first hand knowledge to the process.Â
