We are expanding our marketing team and seeking a visionary Creative Lead to drive a high-performing team of creators and strategists for one of our most successful fitness apps, YogaGo. With a passion for understanding user needs and crafting engaging, brand-supporting marketing campaigns, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing the creative strategy. This includes leading execution across all marketing channels—paid search, social media, organic, CRM, and beyond—to fuel user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Craft and implement a long-term creative strategy to drive revenue growth, attract new users, and enhance user engagement and loyalty.
Partner with the Head of Product Growth and channel leads to align creative output with broader business objectives while amplifying user enthusiasm for the product.
Develop and own a playbook for transforming marketing messages into visually compelling, high-performing ad creatives across diverse channels.
Stay ahead of user needs, behaviors, and industry trends, inspiring innovative solutions that meet market demands and elevate the brand.
Integrate cutting-edge tools, frameworks, and methodologies to continuously enhance creative impact and output.
Creative Direction
Guide and elevate the creative team’s output through constructive feedback and performance analysis, ensuring exceptional standards.
Analyze user acquisition (UA) results and creative performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Conduct in-depth market and competitor research, translating insights into bold, trend-setting creative concepts.
Foster a test-and-learn culture, encouraging experimentation with new channels, formats, and approaches to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Inspirational Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing creative team, hiring and onboarding talent to meet the app’s evolving needs and objectives.
Empower team members with ongoing feedback and mentorship, fostering both professional growth and creative excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g., brand, product analytics, automation) to enhance processes, boost efficiency, and elevate product quality.
Drive a culture of trust and open communication across stakeholders, ensuring alignment and mutual respect in all interactions.
Your Professional Qualities
Proven excellence in developing and executing creative strategies across various channels and touchpoints.
Strong ability to understand user pain points and translate them into high-impact ad creatives tailored to diverse markets.
Exceptional creative ideation skills, combined with a broad strategic perspective.
Deep knowledge of ad networks/platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, CRM, ASO, UGC, and more.
Data-driven approach to performance marketing, with a keen understanding of insights and analytics.
Comprehensive expertise in managing creative production pipelines.
Confidence in presenting creative work, with the ability to articulate strategic reasoning clearly.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of motivating teams to achieve extraordinary results.
Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and team development.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at providing constructive feedback and building trust.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate autonomously, delivering high-impact results without constant supervision.
In-depth understanding of trends within the health and fitness app landscape, as well as the mobile advertising market.
