As Creative Production Manager you will report into the Creative Hub Director. This is a hybrid role and you will be required to to be in the office in Katowice once per week.

• Experience working in a creative environment such as advertising/ graphic agency.
• Understanding of the creative process
• Administrative and management skills.
• Comfortable using office software (PowerPoint/Excel/Word).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (account/traffic manager/production manager/new business) in a creative environment.
• Good written and spoken English and outstanding communication skills.
• Open mind and willingness to learn.

Bonus Requirements 

• Esports / Gaming experience 
• Jira/Agile software experience
• AI software experience
