Creative Team Lead

We’re looking for a brilliant, organized, and highly creative leader to join our team as a Creative Team Lead.
In this role, you’ll shape the player experience from concept to execution, leading an international team of creative managers. You’ll drive innovation by implementing AI-powered workflows, integrating data and performance insights into the creative process, and continuously pushing the boundaries of storytelling and marketing excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage and mentor a team of 4 experienced Creative Managers.
  • Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven creative processes to boost efficiency, quality, and storytelling innovation.
  • Build, evaluate, and challenge creative workflows to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Own creative performance: analyze campaign results, review creative data, and extract insights to optimize assets and messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with Data, UA, and Product teams to integrate performance learnings into creative strategy and execution.
  • Develop original, engaging concepts that leverage the power of social media to grow and energize our player community.
  • Oversee the narrative direction of the game, maintaining creative vision and alignment with brand identity and player expectations.
  • Manage and guide a team of copywriters, providing feedback and mentorship to elevate storytelling and content quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a managerial role leading creative teams.
  • Strong creative writing, scriptwriting, and storytelling skills are essential.
  • Proven experience in managing and directing copywriters – required.
  • Previous experience as a content manager/writer in the gaming industry – significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, measure creative performance, and translate insights into creative action.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, performance KPIs, and creative optimization processes.
  • Deep understanding of American pop culture and current market trends – preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a positive leadership style.
