About the Role

We are looking to expand our Marketing Analytics function by bringing on an Insights Manager focused on CRM optimization for the whole Penn Interactive Umbrella. As a CRM Insight Manager, you will work closely with the CRM Director and provide insightful and actionable analysis for the whole marketing team to help the business with recommendations on commercial decisions, in areas such as acquisition, retention, CRM, promotional spend, customer lifecycles, cross-sell and other customer behaviors. This is a position that is vital to optimizing the flow of Users through the entire ecosystem of a fast growing, leading brand in the gaming space. We give unmatched autonomy to the Manager to truly scope the future strategy of the Marketing function.

Typical Workday at theScore

  • Build and interpret the suite of daily, weekly and monthly dashboards to identify key areas for deeper dive analysis.
  • Proactively identify gaps and opportunities and deliver clear and actionable insights based off performance data, with the ability to assess impact and effectively. Communicate these opportunities across the marketing team and organization at large.
  • Utilize customer segmentation to improve the understanding of our customer base, and how best to optimize CRM efforts.
  • Implement a commercial and ROI-based approach to marketing insights and proposed activity.
  • Ensure at all times the implementation of responsible gaming practices.
  • Work cross-functionally with the product, analytics, finance, legal and compliance teams to ensure effective communication and workflow.
  • Regularly present findings to key stakeholders, and work closely with the CRM Director to derive and refine strategies that will drive user quantity and quality across the business, including delivery of weekly and monthly performance reports & insights.
  • Other duties as required.

About You

  • More than 2 years of working experience in a data insights or analytics position, focused on marketing.
  • Great communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of the Gaming Industry Preferable.
  • Deep Knowledge of SQL, with Python an additional benefit
  • At least 1 year experience in Data visualization software, Looker preferable.
  • Proven ability to analyze large data sets and translate them into insights and actionable business recommendations.
  • Evident ability to communicate complex analysis to “non-data stakeholders”
  • The ability to contribute, prioritize and help shape Roadmaps in fields such as Data Science and Product Development
  • Passion for learning and keeping abreast of new technologies and data models.
