As a Customer Care Intern at Eversports, you will help ensure a smooth and positive experience for our B2C users. You’ll manage customer communication, support the improvement of our help resources, and collaborate with different teams across the company. This is a hands-on, learning-focused role where you’ll gain practical experience in customer support, communication, and cross-functional teamwork, all while contributing to our mission to "Make Sports Happen".
Work time: 30-35h/week
Duration: 6-12 months
Location: Vienna, Austria
At Eversports, we believe in transparency, so here is the fine print: for the current position we will offer a yearly gross salary of EUR 15,750 (based on a full-time basis of 35h)
