About the role The Customer Experience Supervisor will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to all members, players a visitor at Tennis World Canberra Tennis Centre. This position will lead by example in creating a welcoming, professional and service-driven environment while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the customer experience team. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced customer focused environment. This is a part-time opportunity (19 hours across 4 days), on-site at Tennis World Canberra. In this role you will: Supervise daily front of house operations to ensure efficient, friendly and professional service.

• Support, coach and motivate the customer experience team to uphold Tennis World service standards, values and behaviours.
• Oversee membership and coaching program administration for Tennis World Canberra.

Process fortnightly and monthly audits to maintain accurate records, reports and communication across relevant systems and platforms.Support the Centre Manager with training and onboarding of new staff members Identify ways to improve stakeholder relationships to ensure our customer service standards are maintained.

About you To be successful in this role you will have: Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong administrative and time management skills with ability to priorities tasks in a fast paced environment Sound understanding of the Tennis Industry (preferred) Food and Beverage qualification, RSA certificate, First Aid certification & Barista experience (all preferable) Willingness to be flexible with work schedule to meet operational requirements A current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain) What’s to love?
