In Retail Sales we make sure that customers can find our iconic products everywhere you can potentially think of – from drugstores and pharmacies to traditional food retailers, and everywhere in between. As we take our Customer Marketing to the next level by developing and creating 360-degree omnichannel campaigns (incl. Retail Media, second placements, Toolbox), we need you in our Retail Sales team to lead our customer marketing strategies and activations.
Your role with us:
- Be responsible for all customer marketing activities across all sales channels and our six markets at foodspring.
- Lead one Junior Customer Marketing Manager.
- As a team, you identify and understand shopper and customer needs in alignment with foodspring’s commercial plan to bring the brand strategy to life at the Point of Sale.
- Enable and coordinate the planning, implementation and controlling of holistic omnichannel-concepts of foodspring instore.
- Be responsible for the day-to-day operations in Customer Marketing.
- Work closely with the Retail Sales team, the Commercial team and other Marketing functions.
- Join the Sales team in meetings with key customers to create a customer network.
- Co-pilot the creation and implementation of customer development plans.
- Ensure that the team is always on track with current trends and developments in the field of Customer Marketing.
- Enable the team to manage competence and knowledge in Point-of-Sale Marketing, Retail Media strategies and customer marketing activities.
- Independently manage, track, and allocate the Customer Marketing.
What you bring:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in trade/customer marketing or in FMCG / food sales with budget responsibility and external contacts.
- University degree with a focus on marketing/sales or equivalent education, with excellent academic performance.
- High passion for marketing, customers, and project management.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of flexibility and willingness to perform.
- You possess a structured approach and excel at working in cross-functional teams.
- Juggling with the request of different internal and external stakeholders at the same time is a piece of cake for you.
- You show your motivation and commitment both when working in a team and alone.
- Hands-on mentality and implementation focus are considered your strengths.
- Outstanding IT skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluency in English and either German or Italian – (Having both is a plus).
