We’re looking for a person to join our AdIntel International business. This is a Data Entry level position. You'll play a crucial role in identifying, monitoring, and coding advertising content across various media channels. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to dive into the world of advertising analytics and contribute to industry-leading insights.
Key Responsibilities
Identifying relevant advertising content across multiple platforms, including TV, Radio, Digital, Social Media, Direct Mail, Billboard and Cinema in Norwegian.
Monitor advertisements, identifying key details and category structures to support client campaigns and competitor analysis
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure data quality and alignment with Nielsen Ad Intel standards
Create and deliver film and radiocodes to broadcaster, Radio and TV
Perform quality assurance on data entry and categorization
Meet and exceed productivity and quality targets to fulfill Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Work effectively within a team to meet departmental deadlines
Liaise with other departments to maintain consistency and quality across the organization
Provide cross-functional support as needed
Fluent in Norwegian and English (Written, listening and spoken)
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Meticulous attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Adaptable to both professional and informal work environments
