You will inspire and coach a talented team to turn Nike stories into bold, elevated experiences that connect with consumers, move culture, and drive growth across the partner ecosystem. You know youth culture, sportswear, sport culture, and sneakers and you can turn that knowledge into bold ideas and execute them brilliantly across retail, digital, media, sport, and cultural moments in a multi-brand environment. You also know how to lead through complexity, influence senior partners, and move two organizations toward shared ambitions. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON Set the North America marketing plan for Nike x JD Sports / Finish Line, connecting Nike's brand and sport priorities with the partner's consumer to achieve our business goals.

You will partner cross-functionally with the NA Brand teams, Commercial teams, City and Regional counterparts, Global and Geo Retail Experience, Retail Brand, Creative, Operations, as well as best-in-class agencies and cultural partners.
