The opportunity 

Urban Sports Club is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Director, B2B2C Growth Partnerships to establish and scale one of our most strategic growth channels across Europe.

In this role, you will define the commercial strategy and operating model for our B2B2C business, enabling Urban Sports Club's membership offering to be seamlessly integrated into partner ecosystems including banks, insurers, retailers, telcos, travel companies, loyalty programmes, marketplaces, and digital platforms.

You will own the end-to-end commercial lifecycle from identifying market opportunities and designing scalable partnership models to sourcing, negotiating, launching, and growing high-impact partnerships that generate sustainable revenue, expand our member base, and strengthen our market presence.

As the leader of this function, you will build and lead a high-performing team while working cross-functionally with Product, Growth, CRM, Brand, Finance, Legal, and Operations to launch and scale strategic partnerships. Together, you will create seamless partner experiences and establish this channel as a core driver of Urban Sports Club's long-term growth.

What You Will Do

• You will define and execute the long-term European B2B2C strategy and commercial roadmap to drive sustainable business growth
• You will build and scale strategic partnerships with leading European brands across sectors like banking, insurance, retail, travel, telecom, and digital platforms
• You will own overall commercial performance, partnership revenue, profitability, and contributions to New Paying Members (NPM)
• You will lead complex commercial negotiations, design scalable business models, and foster long-term executive-level partner relationships
• You will drive the complete partner lifecycle, overseeing onboarding, activation, retention, renewals, and account expansion
• You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Growth, CRM, Brand, Finance, Legal, and Operations to deliver seamless, scalable partner experiences
• You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing partnerships team, cultivating a culture of ownership, innovation, and commercial excellence

What you will need to succeed

• You bring 7+ years of leadership experience in strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, commercial strategy, or business development
• You have a proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex, high-value deals with C-level executives and senior decision-makers
• You possess strong commercial acumen and experience owning revenue targets, deal structuring, pricing strategy, and partnership economics
• You have successfully scaled partnership businesses, digital ecosystems, marketplaces, or embedded distribution channels
• You are a strategic, data-driven thinker with a hands-on mindset who can convert analytical insights into new growth opportunities
• You demonstrate exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management, with a history of building and coaching high-performing teams
• You are fluent in English and possess native or near-native German language skills
