Studio Business Group (SBG) is looking for Director, Commercial and Value Optimization who will be responsible for value optimization across portfolio of SBG projects and setting financial goals and targets for titles and studio teams within overall SBG portfolio. This will be executed taking into account top down SBG business financial targets, portfolio developments and value optimization analysis performed by the team led by this role. This is a role that operates on the junction of SGB Leadership team, studio teams and various functions and requires individual with strong commercial mindset, influencing skills and value judgement as well as ability to operate in dynamic way under changing circumstances and constraints remaining resilient to various stakeholder expectations. You will be leading a team whose role is to conduct commercial and value optimization analysis on projects and opportunities on areas such as sales optimization, marketing spend efficiency, opex optimization taking into account. You will lead the team fostering collaboration across multiple finance and non-finance functions. It is a high visibility and high-profile role that will be involved in decision making processes and therefore we are looking for candidate who will have sound gaming market understanding, strong financial judgement skills and ability to remain objective and resilient under stakeholder pressures.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
