PrizePicks is seeking an Experienced and results-driven Digital Platforms and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Director with a proven track record of optimizing digital strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance user experience. Seeking to leverage expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and technology to contribute to a dynamic organization's success.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for optimizing conversion rates across digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, social media channels, and other online assets.
  • Lead CRO efforts, analysis, and digital marketing efforts to implement data-driven approaches to improve acquisition/conversion rates, user experience, customer journeys, and overall digital performance metrics.
  • Conduct thorough audits and analyses of digital platforms to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance user engagement, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
  • Own the content, performance, tool, analytics and management of all owned digital platforms, inclusive but not limited to .com, landing pages, app, etc. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product development, and IT, to align CRO initiatives with overall business objectives and priorities.
  • Utilize A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experimentation methods to optimize key conversion funnels, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze digital analytics data to track performance trends, identify insights, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRO, digital platforms, and user experience design.
  • Develop and present regular reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to executive leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Lead SEO, affiliate, backlink and editorial strategy and efforts to enhance organic traffic, rankings and overall brand awareness. 
  • Manage internal team members and external agencies and vendors. Responsibilities will extend across PrizePicks and upcoming BUs.

 

What You Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in CRO, digital marketing, or related roles, with a focus on driving measurable results and improving digital performance.
  • Strong knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), A/B testing platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and interpretation of digital performance metrics to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience managing and developing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic mindset with a strong business acumen, able to translate business goals into effective CRO strategies and tactics.
  • Certifications such as Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ), Certified Professional in Conversion Optimization (CPCO), or similar credentials are a plus.

Where you’ll live:

  • Anywhere in the US is fine but Atlanta, Georgia would be preferred.
