About This Role

The Global HRIS Director will provide strategic HR (Human Resources) technology leadership with hands-on engagement with the HR team and functional business leaders. This role will identify, develop, and execute HR strategies focused on Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, diverse HR platforms, and applications. This position involves pioneering, evolving, and maintaining an HR Information System (HRIS) governance structure aligned seamlessly with business processes.

As a key leader on the HR team, you will interact with employees across all levels of the organization. You will collaborate with fellow HR team members and cross-functionally lead initiatives and support internal customers. You should have a solid understanding of business processes, HR systems, and Workday. In this role, you will strategically lead HR systems projects and manage tailored solutions that yield significant company-wide outcomes.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global HR Tech strategy leveraging relevant data for informed decision-making.
  • Champion innovative thinking, challenging existing norms, and driving change across the organization by integrating diverse ideas and interests.
  • Lead the strategy, implementation, integration, and optimization of the People tech stack, aligning it with the vision of programs and policy strategies.
  • Simplify processes and automate tasks to enhance data accuracy across platforms.
  • Manage various third-party vendors, engaging in RFPs and contract negotiations as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Global Service Center to execute the HR System strategy and vision.
  • Proactively advise on global compliance changes affecting candidate or employee processes with HR systems, in collaboration with Legal & HR.
  • Ensure HR systems comply with federal regulations and internal company policies.
  • Stabilize the HR Technology ecosystem, ensuring appropriate enablement for all groups using HR systems.
  • Continuously assess and maintain HR Tech solutions to enhance quality, efficiency, performance, and scalability.
  • Develop and uphold a system governance structure aligned with business processes.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • At least 10 years of HRIS experience, particularly in HR systems, HR operations, and vendor management within a fast-paced growth organization.
  • Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with Workday, encompassing HCM, Talent Management, Compensation, Advanced Analytics, and end-to-end expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Essential experience leading ATS implementations.
  • Proficient in leading Workforce Planning (WFP), Compensation, benefits, and operations projects.
  • Familiarity with Adaptive and Workforce Planning (WFP) is advantageous.
  • A comprehensive understanding of HR processes, concepts, and practices is required.
  • Experienced building cross-functional relationships at all levels
  • Knowledge of various HR-related tools and systems, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), LinkedIn Learning, and other integrated HR platforms.
  • Proven record of accomplishment in overseeing significant global HRIS system implementations across various modules.
  • Demonstrated ability to meticulously plan, manage, and execute global systems projects from inception to completion (covering requirement analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and evaluation).
  • Adept at successfully navigating evolving priorities and adapting to changes swiftly while maintaining agility.
  • Exceptional communication skills tailored to engage with individuals at all levels within the organization effectively.

Estimated Pay Range
$159,500$234,000 USD
