Job Summary
The Director of Central Marketing is a senior strategic leader responsible for orchestrating the company's overarching marketing strategy and ensuring brand cohesion across all channels. This role holds the "bigger picture" view for national campaigns together with the Director of Digital Marketing, to translate business objectives into comprehensive marketing roadmaps. By fostering cross-functional integration and leveraging market insights, the Director ensures that all marketing efforts—from brand communication to digital execution and regional activation—are aligned, impactful, and contribute directly to the company's strategic goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and evolution of the company's national marketing strategy, together with the Digital director, setting the overarching direction and objectives for major campaigns, investments and initiatives.Provide critical strategic oversight to all marketing activities. Ensure that all campaigns, messaging, and initiatives across every marketing function (Brand & Communication, Digital Marketing, Regional Marketing) are consistently aligned with the core brand identity, values, and strategic business objectives.Act as the central hub for marketing integration, fostering seamless collaboration and consistent execution across digital, regional, and traditional marketing channels to deliver unified and impactful customer experiences.Drive comprehensive market research and continuous trend analysis to identify new opportunities, understand consumer behavior, and inform strategic marketing decisions for future campaigns and product pushes.Develop the strategic frameworks and high-level campaign blueprints for national initiatives, providing the foundational direction for digital and regional teams to execute.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement frameworks for overall marketing effectiveness, working with Digital Marketing to leverage data for holistic insights.Build strong relationships and collaborate extensively with Brand & Communication (for narrative and brand guardianship, the Where and How), Digital Marketing (for execution and innovation), Regional Marketing (for localized activation), and other commercial/product teams (to understand "what" the business is pushing).Key AccountabilitiesDevelopment and articulation of a cohesive national marketing strategy.Ensuring consistent brand alignment across all marketing touchpoints.Effective integration of cross-channel marketing efforts.Providing actionable market insights that drive strategic marketing decisions.Overall strategic success and impact of national campaigns.At KTO, diversity isn't just a buzzword – it's our strength.
