The Opportunity:
KTO is embarking on an exciting journey to fully embrace Artificial Intelligence across its content production. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary, hands on, Head of AI Content to lead this transformation. This role will be instrumental in integrating cutting-edge AI technologies, including Google AI Video Veo 2 and 3, into our creative workflows, ultimately shaping the future of how KTO conceptualizes, produces, and delivers sports and casino content.
Key Responsibilities:AI Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy for KTO's production content, aligning it with overall business objectives and long-term vision.Technology Integration: Lead the adoption and seamless integration of AI tools, particularly Google AI Video Veo 2, into all stages of content production, from ideation and scripting to animation, editing, and post-production.Studio & Production Oversight: Create the entire content production lifecycle, leveraging AI to enhance efficiency, quality, and innovation across various digital content formats (e.g., video, audio, interactive experiences, reels etc).Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and recruit a team of content creators, producers, and AI specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and creative excellence.Innovation & Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, generative media, and production technologies, identifying new opportunities and best practices for KTO.Workflow Optimization: Identify and implement AI-driven process improvements to streamline production workflows, reduce costs, and accelerate content delivery.Quality & Brand Consistency: Ensure that all AI-generated and AI-assisted content maintains KTO's brand voice, quality standards, and ethical guidelines.Budget Management: Manage budgets and resources effectively for AI-driven production initiatives.Processes and Workflow:Design, implement, and continuously optimize a scalable, AI-driven workflow for the creation of all digital assets across the top, middle, and low marketing funnels, specifically for sports and casino content. This includes developing innovative processes for generating high-impact, data-driven content, and crucially, for producing viral content that deeply resonates with KTO's vision of being a "student of the game" and embodying the ethos of "knowing the odds."At KTO, diversity isn't just a buzzword – it's our strength.
