About The Role

Our team is comprised of passionate, forward-thinking professionals eager to take on the challenge of the mental health crisis and play a formative role in providing live-saving solutions. Responsibilities

  • Strategic Channel Prioritization
    • Develop a data-driven framework for evaluating and prioritizing strategic channels, including employers, education, government agencies, national providers, and digital health companies
    • Assess and refine resource allocation based on channel performance, market dynamics, and organizational goals
    • Continuously monitor and measure the efficacy of each channel, providing actionable recommendations on whether to expand, optimize, or pivot investments
  • Partnership Strategy Development
    • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify strategic opportunities that align with Charlie Health's mission and objectives
    • Design and implement partnership strategies to address both short- and long-term growth opportunities
    • Collaborate with Business Development representatives to ensure strategies are actionable and aligned with on-the-ground execution
  • Cross-Functional Leadership and Alignment
    • Drive internal alignment across departments (e.g., sales, marketing, clinical, and operations) to ensure strategic partnerships are supported and prioritized effectively
    • Lead resource allocation discussions to support high-priority initiatives and partnerships
    • Foster a collaborative environment to align goals and execution plans across the organization
  • Implementation and Execution Oversight
    • Support the implementation of strategic partnerships by acting as a key facilitator between Charlie Health and partner organizations
    • Oversee project management for partnership lifecycles, including scoping, contracting, program design, and launch
    • Ensure partnerships are operationally set up to drive measurable success, leveraging internal teams to streamline processes
  • Measurement and Optimization
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and ROI of partnerships.
    • Analyze performance data to optimize existing relationships and inform future strategies
    • Deliver regular reports and insights to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making
  • Industry Expertise and Representation
    • Act as Charlie Health’s in-house expert on relevant markets and partnership opportunities, providing insights and strategic guidance to internal stakeholders
    • Represent Charlie Health at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance visibility and network with key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or similar analytical subject area
  • 8+ years in strategy, partnerships, or business development roles, preferably in healthcare or a related field
  • Proven experience leading strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong track record of analyzing market trends and creating actionable strategies
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with partnership lifecycle management
  • Expertise in project management and driving initiatives to completion
  • Passion for healthcare services
  • Highly analytical, with an ability to construct data-driven recommendations
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, listening and relationship-building skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency—Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Resourceful with a natural ability to problem solve
  • Proactive self-started and natural multitasker
  • Meticulous attention to detail

Additional Information

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $175,000 and $210,000 per year at the commencement of employment. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $229,000 and $273,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.
