About the right team member

As the Director of Product Management at Mindbody, you will play a pivotal role in crafting our product strategy and leading a best-in-class team. You’ll be responsible for driving the evolution of our leading SaaS platform for fitness and wellness SaaS.

About the role

Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Ensure squad roadmaps are compelling, driving meaningful and impactful customer outcomes.
Collaborate closely with enterprise customers to deeply understand their requirements and pain points, translating them into actionable product solutions.
Drive excellence across the end-to-end product development process, including ideation, prioritization, requirements gathering, design, development, launch, and go-to-market

Skills & experience

8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful B2B software products or platforms.
Experience in the fitness and wellness industry is a plus, with a deep understanding of enterprise customer needs and market dynamics.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to define a product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Experience in building and leading high-performing product management teams.
Proven ability to translate customer needs into actionable, impactful product roadmaps and experiences.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and present ideas to executive leadership.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with experience driving a culture that leverages metrics and user insights to drive product decisions
