Director, Global Total Rewards & HRIS will report to the VP, People & Culture and lead the Total Rewards & HRIS team responsible for developing, implementing, and administering global compensation, equity, recognition and benefit programs in 8+ countries. You will be responsible for developing and administering market competitive total rewards programs and will be the trusted advisor to our People Partners and Talent Acquisition team on all matters relating to Total Rewards. This role will also oversee all other systems and applications utilized by the People function both currently and, in the future, and will serve as the global People data champion.
RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and administer Jam City’s global base pay, short-term and long-term incentive programsAdvise the executive team, global Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners on pay decisions and guideline interpretationsManage the job and pay structure and provide expertise and counsel to HR community and managementPartner with Finance and Legal teams in executing compensation programsCompile, analyze, summarize large amounts of raw data and make recommendations to the executive teamKeep apprised of worldwide compensation and equity laws and regulations in order to ensure company complianceDevelop and/or participate in compensation surveys, analyzing competitive market data and developing recommendations for salary structure adjustments as appropriateDesign, implement and administer global benefit programs, ensuring statutory compliance as well as market competitivenessManage enrollment process for all countries, to include developing timelines, managing vendors to evaluate options and costs, defining systems setups and specifications and complete needed HRIS updatesWork with internal partners in developing benefit programs as new global location are establishedDesign and enhance benefit communications through multiple and varied venuesWork with internal teams to research, create and enhance benefit plans and guidelinesWork with global benefit brokers and providers to ensure competitive and cost-effective programsActively participate in all renewal discussions, benefits communication plan, conducting employee meetings, etc.Manage the US 401K plan in coordination with the 401K Committee and investment advisors.Define and implement a technology strategy and roadmap for end-to-end People technology to deliver on an effective employee experience with an eye toward future growth.Consults and collaborates with functional clients to identify People system’s needs, quantifies requirements, and recommends People systems-based options and strategies.Lead cross functional teams across multiple People functions such as: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards and People Operations to link People business strategy and business requirements that can be delivered by technology.QUALIFICTATIONS Executive compensation, sales and incentive compensation, equity compensation & HRIS strategyGlobal compensation experience a must; US and Canada experience preferredWorkday experience preferredQuantitative and data-driven — able to draw insights from data while making strong intuitive decisions when data is imperfect or unattainableHungry and energized to hit ambitious goalsProven ability to build process in a rapid-growth environmentPassion for building innovative total rewards and programs that are unique, creative and effectiveCCP, CBP or SPHR certification a plusMust be willing to work PST hoursIn compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation for this role. The range listed is just one component of Jam City's total compensation package for employees, which may also include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, or market demands. This range is based on a full-time position. This range may be modified in the future. In addition, Jam City provides a variety of benefits to employees, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan, life, disability, and accident insurance. Pay Range: $119,000 — $265,000 salary per year.
