What can you expect to work on?
HR Strategy: Develop and implement an HR strategy across all operating countries to support foodspring's growth.
Talent Acquisition & Retention: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and keep top talent.
Performance & Talent Management: Oversee performance management, goal-setting, and professional development. Implement KPIs and talent management solutions.
Employee Engagement: Foster a positive, inclusive culture and improve employee perception of foodspring as a great place to work. Initiate activities that build a sense of belonging.
Compensation & Benefits: Develop competitive packages to attract and retain high-performing employees.
Organizational Design & Change Management: Collaborate with leadership to optimize organizational structure and support change management initiatives.
Lead initiatives and support leaders in developing and strengthening a unique foodspring culture
Employee Relations & HR Technology: Handle employee relations fairly and consistently, ensuring compliance. Evaluate and implement HR technology to enhance processes.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: >10 years of Proven HR leadership in start-ups or scale-ups.
Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, payroll, and talent management.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic & Innovative: Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and bring creative problem-solving ideas.
Adaptable & Resilient: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
Curiosity & Open-Mindedness: Passion for learning and openness to new ideas and change.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with HR technology and data analytics.
