We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial eCommerce manager to drive eCommerce strategy and execution. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of TB12 digital sales channels. Primary responsibilities include site strategy development, managing relationships with digital partners/agencies, maintaining site & app functionality, managing product listings and executing pricing/promotional updates. These responsibilities extend to all TB12 digital platforms including TB12sports.com, Amazon, & social media storefronts. Success in this role will provide significant opportunities for advancement within the greater NOBULL & TB12 organizations. Responsibilities:Lead web design and development initiatives for enhanced aesthetics and functionality.Resolve bugs promptly to maintain site performance.Optimize SEO strategies to improve search engine visibility.Enhance UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface) design for better customer interaction.Maintain accurate and appealing product listings.Analyze website analytics and generate insightful reports for data-driven decision-making.Rebuy, Because, Videowise, Dataships, Octane AI, Judge.me, Wonderment, Daasity Handle inventory management and listing optimizations.Devise and execute promotional strategies to drive sales.Analyze Amazon analytics for performance insights and strategic decision-making.Lead Business Intelligence (BI) efforts, analyzing data from Shopify, Daasity, GA4, and Amazon.Assist in developing and executing paid media strategies for optimal results.Oversee other sales channels, including FB + Instagram Shops, Faire, and Shop App, to maximize reach and sales opportunities.Qualifications:5+ years of relevant experience2+ years of experience managing Shopify and/or Amazon stores, with a proven track record of driving improved customer experience and increasing site conversion metricsComfort with basic technology; MS Office Suite, & Zoom, Shopify,Strong communication skillsOrganized and attentive to detailTakes ownership of work and outputAbility to manage multiple competing priorities.High energy and a can-do attitude, with the ability to anticipate needsResourceful and ProactiveTeam Player that brings positive energy to the teamIf you are an applicant located in California, please review our California Applicant Privacy Notice, which explains the categories of personal information that we collect and the purposes for which we use such personal information
