CrossFit, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Systems Specialist with a NetSuite focus to join our growing Technology team. As part of a team of Enterprise Systems Engineers, you will be responsible for ensuring that CrossFit’s ERP and Finance applications as well as related integrations function together to solve automation challenges and maintain day to day functionality.
You are comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with shifting demands and effectively prioritize the requirements of competing projects. You are willing and able to dive into the details and are able to summarize appropriately when communicating outside of the team. You communicate effectively up and down the chain of command to ensure that you understand enterprise-wide strategic priorities, how your team’s mission fits into that plan, and to ensure that our Enterprise systems are meeting the needs of the organization.
We are looking for someone who will own the administration, maintenance, and coordinate development of our NetSuite implementation, as well as managing integrations with related enterprise tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Manage day to day functional operations and supporting the users within CrossFit’s NetSuite environment
● Monitor health and processes of NetSuite and integration with related 3rd party applications
● Create and adapt custom NetSuite solutions (SuiteScript, custom fields, forms, SuiteFlows)
● Create saved searches, reports, and dashboards
● Schedule, test, and deploy changes to production
● Troubleshoot and report on production issues, including script debugging and research via script execution logs. Ability to write SuiteScript is a big plus.
● Maintain and monitor user and role management
● Responsible for documentation and training as it relates to NetSuite and related systems.
● Assimilate and maintain integrations with 3rd party applications (Coupa, Salesforce, BigCommerce, Boomi, DocuSign, Avalara, Celigo)
● Create Jira tickets and user stories to collaborate with the Enterprise team for system improvements across our enterprise systems
● Maintain application security controls and create customized solutions.
● Provide an ongoing understanding of NetSuite upgrades and change opportunities
● Support users’ knowledge and ability to personalize profile preferences, portlets, and Dashboards
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
● Understanding of company processes, procedures, and needs with a willingness to deep dive and document the overall system flows
● Ability to wear many hats and work well in a flexible, dynamic work environment
● Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with other employees and contractors
● Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form
● Demonstrate wide business domain exposure and experience in Finance, Accounting, CRM, etc.
● Familiarity with business and eCommerce processes
● Demonstrate successful management and completion of a wide variety of technical initiatives
● Comfortable working with all layers of the organization and communicating effectively
● Experience communicating with internal and external auditors
● Must be detail-oriented, maintaining multiple initiatives simultaneously
● Must be an intelligent, articulate, and persuasive team member
● Ability to give clear and consistent instructions to team members
● Exceptional writing proficiency and oral presentation skills
● Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
● Experience with localization and globalization transitions
● Comfortable with Apple platform/software
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
● College degree in related field and/or NetSuite Certified Administrator
● 5-8 years ERP experience—implementations and upgrades
● 5+ years NetSuite OneWorld experience
● Experience using SuiteScript and SuiteFlow tools
● Experience with other SaaS applications such as BigCommerce, Coupa, Salesforce, Celigo, Boomi, DocuSign, Avalara, Jira, and Celigo.
