OVERVIEW:

The Entertainment Marketing Associate role exists to support on the management, optimization & growth of Gymshark's NAM Entertainment Marketing team which focuses on both paid & organic initiatives, including but not limited to: celebrity & talent endorsements, gifting, Influencer activations, Cultural Activations, Product Placement and IRL experiences.Implementing & executing the NAM Entertainment Marketing strategy, delivering excitement & growth in the local markets in line with the Global strategy. Execute quarterly Talent, Activation & Campaign strategies that support wider brand and product moments & initiatives as well as integrating Gymshark into Cultural key moments. Build & deliver seasonal EM gifting and activations calendar in line with the NAM Entertainment Marketing strategy, working with GTM teams to build creative concepts to meet brand KPI’s – Excitement & Belonging. Developing and maintaining relationships with Talent, Management, Music Labels, Networks, and Agencies in the US.You will be responsible for overseeing campaigns on a daily basis, producing creative concepts & ideas that enable us to amplify campaigns through our network.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Responsible for:

• Responsible for the development & growth of the Regional Entertainment Marketing Program by executing the Entertainment Marketing strategy
• Responsible for the day-to-day running’s of Regional Entertainment Marketing Program (liaising with stakeholders and talent, product send-out, gifting send-outs, expenses tracking, briefs creation and send-out)
• Ensuring the NAM Entertainment Marketing network grows whilst nurturing a consistent pipeline of emerging talent
• Responsible for flawless experience between the Brand and the Talent
• Coordinate communications and campaigns within Partnerships as well as with key stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and complete success
• Seed and network with relevant external talent to create a strong ecosystem of relationships in the entertainment space
• Report on Entertainment Marketing and Influencer activation performance using KPI’s set by line manager – these include monitoring social compliance, content development, commercial performance, IRL initiatives and gifting

Accountable for:

• Grow and nurture our network (Talent, Studios, Management, Agencies etc)
• Grow and develop our gifting initiatives
• Grow and develop our brand experiences
• Support the Entertainment Marketing Program and overall business growth by utilizing the North American Entertainment program through activations, content and network development
• Coordinate Brand Campaigns implementation through talent activations, gifting initiatives and brand experiences
• Drive the Entertainment Marketing Program forward by trialling new creative concepts

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential Skills

• BS or BA
• 3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing and/or Brand Content Creation
• A passion and great understanding for social media & content marketing
• An understanding of Pop Culture in North America
• A genuine interest in fitness/conditioning
• Ability to manage several projects concurrently

This role has a salary range between $55,000-$65,000 annually depending on experience.
