As Esports Marketing Manager at Fnatic, you’ll design and campaigns across our franchise game titles, digital products, and fan engagement initiatives. You’ll have award-winning creators, elite Pro-Gaming talent and our in-house Studios team as your disposal to bring activations to life; and your work will directly contribute to building deep Fnatic fandom globally.
You will act as both an ideas generator and a conductor - coordinating internal and external teams to bring campaigns to life and deliver measurable impact.

What you'll do:Ideate, plan & execute integrated marketing campaigns related to Fnatic’s franchised game titles (e.g. Counter-Strike, League of Legends, Valorant, Rainbow Six), and build strong relationships with associated game publishersDevelop and execute activations for digital assets and in‑game items, and well as product launches and other brand activity; utilising content and creator capability effectivelyEnsure all marketing activations deliver Fnatic’s brand promise and commercial goalsCollaborate with Fnatic Studios, Social, Creators, Product, and Community teams to deliver storytelling and asset creationManage CRM/product marketing initiatives tied to digital drops and title‑specific campaignsOversee paid social media campaignsLead campaign measurement, tracking KPIs, forecasting ROI and managing spendMonitor fan sentiment and youth culture trends; ensure activations resonate authenticallyPerform post‑campaign analysis, distilling insights to inform the next iterationSupport global roll‑out, tailoring campaigns for different markets while maintaining consistencyBrief and liaise with external agencies or partners when needed (e.g. for digital items or influencer campaigns)Collaborate with Legal on marketing regulations, especially around digital items and international executionLead ad-hoc Marketing projects defined by your managerWe're looking for:Proven experience in developing impactful campaigns for youth‑centric, consumer or gaming brandsStrong understanding of the esports landscape and virtual economiesExperience working in a global context, nuancing campaigns for different international marketsCreative flair balanced with ability to deliverData‑driven and ROI‑focused mindset – comfortable forecasting and interpreting campaign resultsExcellent project management and communication skillsResourcefulness and flexibility, able to do a lot with a little where neededExcellent written and spoken English; other languages a plusDiversity, Equity & Inclusion: #AlwaysFnatic
