  • Act as a liaison with NFL Media, broadcast partners, and external production vendors to ensure seamless execution of on-site presentation and media-facing elements
  • Manage talent logistics including credentialing, transportation coordination, scheduling, and on-site movement
  • Oversee onsite show execution, troubleshooting real-time issues and ensuring high-quality fan, broadcast, and stakeholder experience
  • Contribute to the development and management of event presentation and entertainment budgets
  • Develop and deliver clear, visually compelling presentation materials for internal leadership, cross-department partners, and external stakeholders
  • Provide operational and administrative support, including vendor coordination, contract support, invoicing, and scheduling
  • Support ancillary events and additional event presentation needs assigned

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in live event production, event presentation, or large-scale entertainment logistics
  • Strong understanding of run-of-show development, live production workflows, and on-site execution

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally within complex, matrixed organizations
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders
  • Demonstrated organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, collaborative self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
