Who We’re Looking For:
Therabody is seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Specialist to oversee the planning, execution, and management of partnership events, influencer events, trade shows, and conferences on a global scale. This role involves transforming concepts into unique experiences, including trade show/expo exhibits, virtual events, sponsorship activations, and corporate meetings. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for event planning and a proven track record of delivering successful events that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive events strategy aligned with Therabody’s business objectives, brand positioning, and global growth initiativesCreate event concepts, themes, and agendas that support company goals and amplify brand reachIdentify opportunities for partnership events, influencer engagements, and participation in trade shows and conferencesLead the end-to-end planning and execution of Therabody-hosted and partnered events, ensuring they meet the company’s high standards and are delivered on time and within budgetManage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site coordinationCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, customer support) and external partners to ensure seamless event executionDesign and execute co-branded events with strategic partners to enhance mutual brand recognition and business objectivesDevelop and nurture relationships with key partners and influencers, creating engaging experiences that drive brand advocacy and collaborationMonitor and analyze the impact of partnership and influencer events on brand awareness and business metricsOversee Therabody’s presence at industry trade shows and conferences, including booth design, branding, staffing, and on-site logisticsDevelop strategies to maximize the impact of trade show and conference participation, including lead generation, brand visibility, and networking opportunitiesTrack and report on the ROI of trade show and conference participationWork closely with the marketing team to develop and execute event promotion strategies that drive attendance and engagementLiaise with external vendors, venues, and contractors to ensure all event requirements are metProvide regular updates to senior leadership on event progress and outcomesConduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each event and identify areas for improvementPrepare and present monthly post-event reports, including attendee feedback, budget analysis, and ROI.The Right Person Would Have3+ years of experience in event management, preferably in the tech or wellness industryBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related fieldProven track record of managing successful partnership events, influencer events, and trade shows on a global scaleStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneouslyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersProficiency in event management software and toolsAbility to travel domestically and internationally as requiredHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressureTherabody is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion.
