You Will:

• Provide complex calendar assistance, demonstrating flexibility and proactive problem-solving to ensure seamless scheduling of meetings.
• Assist in coordination of domestic and international travel with meticulous attention to detail, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
• Assist in planning and execute a variety of internal and external events, offsites, and meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and a positive experience for attendees.
• Serve as a point of contact for corporate visits, welcoming external clients, partners, and candidates.
• Submit accurate and on time expense reports, purchase orders and invoices for payment.
• Provide support in creating, drafting and edits to presentations.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, colleagues, and cross-functional partners to support company-wide projects and goals.
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness in all communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries. Assist with internal and external written communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
• Support project coordination and task management, including clear note taking.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency within the Office of the CEO, conducting ongoing audits of the calendar and implementing solutions to optimize workflows.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Ensure continuity of support by providing coverage for the Executive Business Partner to the CEO during periods of absence.

You Have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or transferable role, demonstrating a proven track record of success in providing high-level support to executives.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with tact, professionalism, and the utmost discretion.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and address challenges effectively.
• Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack
