Job Description

We are seeking expressions of interest from talented individuals to join our team and help deliver the Australian Open 2027. These are full-time fixed-term contracts from August 2026 to February 2027. As these are seasonal roles, we require full availability and flexibility across the summer months, December – February. About the Roles You will play an integral role in delivering the Australian Open, coordinating and executing key aspects of the event across a range of operational and commercial functions. Role types include: Event Coordination – assist in planning and delivering seamless events Precinct and Product Operations – support operations for the precinct including products, activations, and experiences Customer Experience – deliver outstanding patron engagement and service across the precinct Broadcast & Media – assist with operations to ensure world-class media coverage Signage – coordinate production, placement and maintenance of event signage Logistics – support the movement of people, products and equipment across the site Partnerships & Sales – assist in commercial and partner operations, retail activations and stakeholder servicing Please note, the roles we recruit are at the coordinator/specialist level, reporting into a permanent lead/manager.

About You To be successful in these roles, you will enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic environment bringing: Relevant experience in a specific field such as event operations, customer experience, or logistics (major event experience highly desirable) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administration systems Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia What’s to Love?
