Your Impact 

As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting the business to remain financially strong, commercially focused, and set up to deliver great customer outcomes. By providing clear insights, sound planning, and trusted advice, you’ll help leaders make informed decisions that drive performance and long-term growth. 

Working closely with our senior stakeholders across our marketing department to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights, challenge thinking, and contribute to strategic planning through budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. You’ll build your commercial capability using data, modelling, and continuous improvement to uncover opportunities and enhance business performance. 

This is a high-impact role with strong visibility across the business, offering exposure, development, and the platform to grow your career within a global organisation, while growing your capability to influence decisions that shape performance. 

A Day in the Life 

• Partner with business leaders to shape financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned to strategy.
• Deliver timely performance insights, including month-end analysis and commentary linked to key business drivers.
• Support decision-making by utilising your Excel skills to create scenario analysis, financial modelling, and ad-hoc insights.
• Challenge assumptions and provide commercial guidance to improve performance and decision quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial outcomes with business priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement across planning and reporting, enhancing accuracy and efficiency. 

Your Strengths 

• Previous experience as a Finance Business Partner with a focus on Marketing departments is desired.
• Relevant qualification in business, commerce or finance; CA/CPA (completed or in progress) is highly regarded.
• Background in commercial finance, with a desire to build capability in business partnering.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and uncover improvement opportunities.
• Advanced Excel skills, including building and interpreting financial models (P&L and Balance Sheet).
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
