This position will be the Finance Lead for the WNBA, G League, and NBA 2K League (“Affiliated Leagues”). The individual will analyze and report on League and Team financial data to assist with management decision-making, inform long-term strategic plans, and implement finance best practices.

Develop and maintain short- and long-term financial projection models for the Teams and League for three affiliated leagues. Assist Strategy Leads within each League to develop financial projections for new strategic investments and determine impact on long-term financials.

Lead the annual League budget and quarterly projection process, including review, analysis, and presentation to management within each Affiliate League and broader NBA Senior Leadership Team

Coordinate with League Operations to develop external board reporting packages, including management discussion and analysis (MD&A) and presentation materials

Lead monthly and quarterly financial tracking, reporting, and variance analysis on League P&L and cash flow/funding. Identify areas of risk or opportunity.

Complete annual requirements of the Collective Bargaining Agreement(s) and serve as the main point of contact on financial implications of union-related discussions

Provide financial analysis and ad hoc support for the Commissioner of WNBA, President of NBA G-League, Managing Director of NBA 2K League, and Senior Vice President, NBA Team Finance
