Lucra is looking for a curious, tenacious, and hungry individual with a SaaS sales background to lead our sales motion and strategy. This role is a two-pronged opportunity to add value in both sourcing and closing deals. The ideal candidate will help to not only expand our pipeline and conduct outreach (both cold and warm), but also take the deals through completion by selling into key stakeholders and negotiating MSAs. We are looking for a sales leader who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and do the hard work to close a sale. Since Lucra has established itself as the first mover in a massively untapped space, this role will be sector agnostic and size agnostic, as the candidate will sell into many verticals across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB clients. This role will be a high visibility and key revenue driving position in the company, which will be reflected in the compensation. As the Founding Account Executive, the commission opportunity available within Lucra’s untapped pipeline is quite extensive. The candidate in this role will report directly to the company’s CEO, Dylan Robbins.
At least 5 years+ of B2B SaaS experience
Experience with, or have been exposed to larger enterprise sales ($1M+ TCV)
Have sold to C-suite executives, SVP, and VP level
Experience creating sales motions, conducting cold and warm outreach, and negotiating B2B SaaS contracts
Has experience selling a new SaaS product at a company with less than 200 employees
Primary residence in the United States
Will have demonstrated the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly & effectively at all levels of the organization (including executive and C-suite level)
Has incredibly strong work ethic, hustle, and grit
Doesn’t take no for an answer - but knows how to tactfully nudge and move the process along without being overbearing
Is a culture carrier and brings positive energy to both their client meetings and the workplace
Has professional writing and communication skills, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM tools
Has the ability to adapt to a face-paced changing business where priorities often change quickly, and new innovative products to sell are being developed at a rapid pace
Is proactive and can work independently - by taking guidance from leadership, digesting and internalizing it, and putting those learnings into action on their own without much hand holding
Has the drive to win, is not just looking to meet their quota but blast through it to both help the company succeed but also drive monetary success for themselves
