We are currently executing various M&A transactions, which provide the opportunity to be at the forefront of post-merger integration (PMI), play an operational role in executing our ambitious roll-up strategy, all while contributing to our strong organic growth. Expect M&A, exposure to leaders throughout the organization, and to see finance process transformation up close. 
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Expert to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a background at a leading audit firm or finance related functions who is looking to make a significant impact in a high-growth environment and interested to move into an operational role within a PE-backed company. The Revenue Expert will play a critical role in quality assessing, analyzing and forecasting revenues and will be required to closely collaborate with the accounting team.
Additionally, the role involves recommending innovative strategies to optimize revenue growth. This includes leveraging insights from diverse data sources, such as customer behavior analytics, market trends, and feedback from client interactions, to identify opportunities for increased profitability and efficiency.
Compiles and analyzes data from various sources (including our SaaS back-end, ERP + CRM systems) to ensure that: 
- Customers are being billed correctly / revenue is being recognized correctly
- To create an in-depth understanding of changes from period to period
- To understand how this impacts our forecast moving forward

This job is based in Warsaw, and will require you to come to our office in Wilanow, Warsaw at least 2x per week.

Your position in our team
  • Lead the close QA for revenue– pull together the management reporting, dive into variances vs. budget and forecast, identify mistaken bookings for accounting to correct, and present findings to CFO.
  • Contributing to the overall FP&A data model for revenue, including budgets, forecasts, etc.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with Sales and Marketing, including collaboration to provide analytics, CLTV, churn, customer segmentation, etc.
  • Drive our ARR reporting process
  • Initiate process improvements
  • Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Dive deeply into revenue data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
  • Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.

  • Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree and more than one year of experience in Private Equity, Corporate Finance/Investment Banking, or Consulting, or three years in a finance, accounting or closely-related area
  • General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles, and business success drivers
  • Experience developing financial reports and metrics
  • Some experience with revenue reporting, ideally with SaaS revenue.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Advanced user Excel required. Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday Adaptive a plus.
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
