Familiarity with P&L, basic accounting structures, 3-statement reporting, and other core financial concepts.Proven Experience: A minimum of two years in a finance role. Experience in a high-growth or technology-driven environment is a strong plus.Communication & Influence: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all management levels through effective verbal and written communication.Organizational Prowess: Superior attention to detail, capable of managing multiple competing priorities while maintaining a holistic view.Technical Proficiency: Proficient Excel skills are required. Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred. Experience with Workday Adaptive is a plus.Project Management: Experience driving projects across an organization is a plus.Language: Fluent business English (C1) is required.
