Your position in our team

Financial & Business Analysis: Drive rapid growth and development within the finance and business organization.

Reporting & Insights: Develop comprehensive reports for management and key stakeholders.

Adaptability: Effectively manage multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly evolving, fast-paced environment.

Influence & Collaboration: Engage with various management levels to drive initiatives and influence outcomes.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements and operational efficiencies within a scale-up environment.

Your profile

Ambitious & Agile: Eager to learn quickly, iterate rapidly, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.

Analytical Acumen: Solid understanding of accounting, financial, and operational principles, with the ability to identify key business success drivers. Familiarity with P&L, basic accounting structures, 3-statement reporting, and other core financial concepts.

Proven Experience: A minimum of two years in a finance role. Experience in a high-growth or technology-driven environment is a strong plus.

Communication & Influence: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all management levels through effective verbal and written communication.

Organizational Prowess: Superior attention to detail, capable of managing multiple competing priorities while maintaining a holistic view.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient Excel skills are required. Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred. Experience with Workday Adaptive is a plus.

Project Management: Experience driving projects across an organization is a plus.

Language: Fluent business English (C1) is required.
