Familiarity with P&L, basic accounting structures, 3-statement reporting, and other core financial concepts.</li><li><b>Proven Experience: A minimum of two years in a finance role</b>.

Experience in a high-growth or technology-driven environment is a<b> strong plus</b>.</li><li><b>Communication & Influence:</b> Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all management levels through effective verbal and written communication.</li><li><b>Organizational Prowess:</b> Superior attention to detail, capable of managing multiple competing priorities while maintaining a holistic view.</li><li><b>Technical Proficiency: Proficient Excel skills are required</b>.

Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.

Experience with Workday Adaptive is a <b>plus</b>.</li><li><b>Project Management:</b> Experience driving projects across an organization is a <b>plus</b>.</li><li><b>Language:</b> Fluent business English (C1) is required.</li></br>
